What we collect

We collect the details you submit in the enquiry or affiliate form and your consent acknowledgement. We also create a submission reference. If you arrive through a referral link, we record the referral code as described below. Our website host and form provider may process technical information needed to deliver and protect the service. Please do not enter passwords, OTPs, identity documents, payment details, customer lists or medical records.

Affiliate applications

If you apply to the affiliate programme, we collect the name, email, WhatsApp number, website or social profile and promotion description you type, and store them with Web3Forms in the same way as enquiries. We use them only to review your application and run the programme, including UPI payouts to approved partners.

How it is processed

When you submit a form, our own server checks it and passes it to our form provider, Web3Forms, which stores the submission and sends a notification email to the business inbox. A submission counts as received only after the provider accepts it. We use it to respond to you.

Optional WhatsApp

After a successful enquiry submission, you can choose to continue on WhatsApp. We show the message before you open the link. Opening it passes the prefilled text to WhatsApp or WhatsApp Web, under its own privacy policy; pressing Send delivers it to our business. This step is optional and your enquiry is already submitted without it.

Cookies and tracking

This site loads Google Tag Manager, which can load other tags and set cookies depending on how it is configured. We do not store your form details in cookies or local storage. The one exception is a referral cookie: if you arrive through a partner link that contains ?ref=CODE, we save the partner code (letters, numbers, hyphen or underscore, up to 24 characters) in a first-party cookie named desh_ref for 30 days. It is used only to credit that partner when you sign up or enquire, it is added to links to the sign-up page at app.2desh.com, to the enquiry you submit and to the WhatsApp message text if you choose to send it. If a valid referral cookie already exists, a later partner link does not replace it. You can delete it in your browser settings at any time. Links to other sites, such as the login at app.2desh.com and WhatsApp, are governed by those sites' own policies.

How long we keep data

We keep account data while the account is active and for one year after it closes. We keep billing and invoice records for eight years. We delete data on request except where retention is required by law. We keep enquiries and affiliate applications that do not become accounts for 90 days, then delete them. Copies in our business inbox and at our form provider are deleted within the same period on a best-effort, manual basis; we do not claim automatic deletion.
