Provider
Services are provided by Cryptware Ventures Private Limited (GSTIN 33AAKCC7013Q1ZD) under the brands Digi Soft and 2DESH.COM.
Scope
We help you set up and use official WhatsApp API messaging. API plans, chatbot-inclusive plans, add-ons and custom work are separate products, as described on the pricing page. Custom builds and integrations are quoted separately.
Meta approval and policies
Account activation, template approval and message categories are decided by Meta. We cannot guarantee approval, verification, activation time or delivery. You must follow the WhatsApp Business Policy.
Consent and content
You may message only people who have given permission, must honour opt-outs, and must classify messages in the correct category.
Charges and payment
Message charges are separate from subscription and setup. Payment is 100% in advance. Prices are shown on the pricing page and exclude GST, which is added to the invoice.
Refunds
Prepaid plans, setup fees and add-ons are non-refundable once activated. Meta and WhatsApp conversation charges are non-refundable.
Renewal
Plans renew only when you make a new payment. We do not auto-debit your account or card.
VIP 10-year plan
The VIP plan is for the term stated on the pricing page. It cannot be transferred to another person or business, and it remains subject to Meta and WhatsApp policy, including any change Meta makes to its services or pricing.
Changes
We may change these terms from time to time. The current version is always on this page, with its effective date at the top.
